8 DE MARZO 2022 - El Ministerio de
Salud Pública lleva ya varios años con la implementación del sistema del call center, como parte de la Red Complementaria de Salud,
que permitirá agendar citas médicas de manera oportuna y efectiva.
Este servicio se basa en un proceso que combina la
técnica médica y la alta tecnología la y opera según el siguiente
proceso: La o el ciudadano realiza la llamada (gratuita) y una
operadora contesta la misma; se validan datos de identidad; por
georeferenciamiento se identifica de dónde proviene la llamada, con el
propósito de redirigir el servicio al centro de salud más cercano al
lugar de dónde se realiza la llamada.
Luego se procede a hacer el agendamiento por las cuatro
especialidades que se ofrecen en los centros médicos (obstetricia,
pediatría, odontología, medicina general); se agenda la cita, y toda la
información recabada va a ser almacenada en el archivo de historia
clínica del paciente.
La ciudadanía podrá comunicarse al call
center a través del número 171, para la Red Nacional. La llamada será
completamente gratuita para las y los ciudadanos, el MSP cubrirá estos
valores.
Este servicio esta disponible 24 horas al día, los 7 días de la semana, cuenta con 35
estaciones de operación y una capacidad de atender 6.000 llamadas
diarias.
El sistema de citas a
través del call center fortalecerá el sistema de salud brindando a la
población una mejor atención: ahorro de tiempo y recursos para solicitar
una cita, rapidez y eficiencia en el servicio, ya que se referirá a las
personas, de acuerdo a su ubicación geográfica, a la casa de salud más
cercana y aquella que se encuentre con disponibilidad para atender sus
requerimientos.
Para una adecuada implementación del sistema de
call center, se difundirá ampliamente este servicio del Ministerio de
Salud Pública de manera que la ciudadanía pueda acceder a él con
facilidad.
La gestión y optimización de los recursos permitirá
una atención humanizada desde el primer contacto con los servicios de
salud. Una atención y respuesta ágil permitirá mejorar la relación y
facilitará el desarrollo conjunto, de parte de los servicios, los
agentes locales de salud y la comunidad.
Debido a la pandemia, el 171 esta siendo utilizado para que los ciudadanía sepa la fecha que le toca colocarse la vacuna y sus refuerzos del Covid19, por este motivo, se han abierto algunas alternativas para agendamiento, lo puede hacer a través de Facebook messenger " @citas.med.ec o por medio de WhatsApp 0961171171
La ciudadanía también puede agendar, consultar y cancelar citas médicas en la fan page: citas.med.ec, la aplicación móvil SaludEc y la página web www.citas.med.ec.
Además, se podrá recibir asesoría en promoción de la salud, temas como salud sexual y salud reproductiva; prevención de violencia sexual; salud materna y neonatal; lactancia materna; salud mental; prevención del consumo de tabaco, alcohol y otras drogas.
Me parece interesante este nuevo sistema de agendamiento, ya hice la prueba y funciona, adios las malas noches y madrugadas, ahora ya puedo sacar mi turno solo llamando al 171,
